Delivery

A member of staff will be in contact with you beforehand to confirm the delivery details. Delivery may be up to two weeks on certain products.

For orders over £75 there is no delivery charge. Otherwise, a charge of £20 per order will apply.

Returns

Returns are possible if the items are in a re-sellable condition. Items can be returned to the nearest branch by prior arrangement confirmed in writing along with proof of purchase.

Alternatively, you can arrange for a collection by calling your local branch with your order number. The collection service has a minimum charge of 15% of the order value and may increase depending on location and product type.

The returned items will be refunded within 14 days after receiving them back. The refund will be made to the debit or credit card used to pay for the items.
