Hevey celebrate Movember

Northampton’s largest independent builders merchant, Hevey Building Supplies, recently celebrated the month of Movember, raising in excess of £1500 for prostate cancer charities.

The team of seven joined thousands across the world growing moustaches over the course of November in an event designed to raise awareness about men’s health issues.

Sales Director of Hevey, Mick McGuckin said

‘We were only too happy to get involved with Movember, it was great fun and the lads even got quite competitive!  We are delighted to have raised so much money for such a great cause. I’m sure the wives are pleased it’s over now though!’
